1. Change of Mind
As our art prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund if a replacement is not available

3. Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
